Inbound Calling (24-7)

We have a staff of dedicated callers that are willing and able to be here around the clock to give your members and donors the customer service experience they expect and deserve. We perform both full support and overflow services and are currently handling public radio and television drives and professional association customer service and/or member support across the nation. We can provide real-time reporting through your database or incremental updates by the minute as well. As the economy forces budget cuts within organizations, this is a great time to consider outsourcing this function to a provider that you already trust and
                                           know and who knows your constituents!

Caller ID Flexibility

inbound_callingIn order to deliver your important message over the phone in the most cost-effective manner possible, it’s our goal that your members and donors answer the phone when it rings in the first place. Caller ID display aids in recognition and higher contact rates therefore reducing costs. We are now able to customize our caller ID display to show your customer service line, ours, or a combination of your name and our number.

 

Call Back Customer Service

caller_ID_flexibilityIt’s important to have the proper infrastructure to handle the entire volume of caller inquiries as to why we are calling them and if we are indeed your authorized representative. We are now able to have our caller ID display a unique 1-800 number that will be answered by the same callers performing the outbound calls to your members and donors. If they call us back we can then resolve any concerns they may have as well as go on to take their renewal or donation as originally planned. An added bonus to this service is a small increase in renewals or gifts as we are able to speak with those that may not have picked up the phone when we previously attempted to reach them.

Additionally, if we encounter a question from a member or donor that is beyond our knowledge or record base we transfer the call directly to your in-house customer support staff.
