24/7 Inbound Customer ServiceComNet has been fielding inbound calls for some time but we are now open to do so 24/7. We have a staff of dedicated callers that are here around the clock to give your members and donors the customer service experience they expect and deserve in any time zone at any time. We perform both full support and overflow services and are currently handling public radio and television drives and professional association customer service/member support across the nation. Since our inbound customer service calls are answered by the same callers performing the outbound calls to your members and donors, we can resolve any concerns they may have as well as go on to take their renewal or donation as originally planned. An added bonus to this service is a small increase in renewals or gifts as we are able to speak with those that may not have picked up the phone when we previously attempted to reach them. We can provide real-time reporting or incremental updates by the minute. As the economy forces budget cuts within organizations, this is a great time to consider outsourcing this function to a provider that you already know and trust and whom your members and donors know and trust as well.

We are now able to customize our caller ID display to show a unique 1-800 number that goes directly to our customer service line, your customer service phone number or a combination of your name and our number.

 

Web Based Reporting

Web Based ReportingDue to PCI compliance guidelines as well as client requests we are now moving to web-based reporting. With a user name and password you will be able to access your reports upon demand through our website. Additionally these reports will be generated in “real-time” in the very near future.
